Question / Help Does microphone cause lag?

So much like the title says. Does the microphone cause lag to OBS more than turning up the bitrate? When I stream with 2000 bitrate/ buffer rate + mic I start lagging / frame dropping quite badly.

When I disable the microphone and tune it up to 2500 and start streaming without mic I don't have any frame drops what so ever, I can even turn it up to 45 FPS. Is there some explanation for this?

Here is the pastebin (log file) http://pastebin.com/nE4Jwp3d
And my speedtest results:

No, it does not. It actually has zero correlation to frame drops.

Okay, so currently I still have issues. Would it be possible that 32 bits program on 64 bits system could cause lag?

Also would you have any other suggestions for me to decrese the framdrops?
If this would be an issue where can I find a 64 bits download? Thanks in advance!

Another note that may cause the problems. I am also running a dual monitor. My main screen is on my external video card (amd royalqueen 7850) And my other monitor is running on the on board video card (ASRock B75 Pro3-M). Could it be possible that OBS is trying to run the video capture on my onboard card?

Do you think you could upload a different log? For whatever reason, this log says you are running Windows XP...

I really don't understand how it says I have windows XP. However I currently have this log: http://pastebin.com/qpcCdQna

Also to make sure it's all there here is my setup:

- Intel Core i7 3770 / 3.4 GHz - 4 cores
- Club 3D Radeon HD 7850 royalQueen Edition
- ASRock B75 Pro3-M
- Windows 7 64 bits OS
- 8 GB RAM

I got 2 monitors: 1 DVI - connected to my video card which also record the stream (according to the OBS video adapter setting) and one VGA monitor connected to my motherboard.
I'm not really sure what's causing the frame drops since I think my video card should be able to handle it and so should my internet connection (100/10). I got a decent processor running aswell and I see people with less specs running better streams.

Are there any experimental things you suggest me to try out? And if you require more information (and tell me how I could obtain it) please let me know!

Thanks for the reply.

I do notice that my upload bar (kbit sec) changes a lot to orange / red. I think I got an unstable connection. I've tried several servers (Amsterdam (capital city), Germany, UK 1 and 2). Is there a way to find out of my internet is just oo unstable?
If yes please tell me how because I really want to get things moving :<
