I want to start streaming some League of Legends in Twitch, and I download OBS because looks like the program with best performance...

im interested in the lowest CPU usage because my computer is pretty bad

First thing, is a Laptop....so, Can i do normal streams with a laptop??
If the response is "Yes"....how can i configure OBS to do a stream without problems?? or the pc is that bad that i cant do streams??

PC : Acer Aspire 4552 - Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits
4 GB RAM
1366 x 768 (60 Hz)
Proc : AMD Athlon II P340 Dual-Core Processor - 2.2GHz
Video : ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series
DirectX 11

i actually tried with the setup tutorial of OBS, but when i start the stream, i just hear repetitive sounds and the black screen in Twitch....also, an error in OBS ((Warning : Taking to long to Encode))

I would appreciate any help and sorry for the discomfort, im a novice in this of stream, and also, sorry for the bad english, im actually chilean xD ((spanish))

Thanks u for your attention >w<

For your particular system, I would suggest:

Video section:
Downscale: Set to 1.5 or more.
FPS: No higher than 30.

Advanced section:
"x264 CPU Preset": set to 'superfast' or 'ultrafast' to further reduce CPU usage if needed. If it runs fine with 'veryfast' then leave it, but I suspect you will need to use 'superfast' or 'ultrafast'
