Question / Help Does it make sense to run OBS on AWS S3 when using multiple RTMP Phone sources

I am going to be using phones a mic/cam via IP cam to RTMP server, then take that RTMP feed in as a source into OBS.
So there will be multiple simultaneous sources like this.
Being at home I'm stuck with less than ideal bandwidth so thought if I ran OBS on AWS S3 it would not have the same bandwidth issues I'm encountering. But I'm not sure how much I'd have to spend for enough CPU.
 
More a problem is that virtual servers do not have the required hardware to run OBS. A hardware DX10.1-compliant GPU is one of the minimum requirements, and an S3 node would not have it.
