As noone replied yet, thought Id try a quick response. Currently, to my knowledge the Xbone still uses hdcp, so you cannot simply connect and record it. Workarounds for this are probably available but unfortunately not legal, maybe thats why noone replied yet. I would recommend to google around for such solutions, and if you have further problems related to OBS you can of course ask us here!

XBox One shouldn't have any HDCP for games so there shouldn't be any issue getting the capture card to pick it up. I've heard about HDCP getting "stuck on" though if you launch an app or watch something that has HDCP, requiring a restart of the console to fix.
