I'm wondering about this, currently I'm unable to do tests and I have a banch of stuff to do till tommorow. Also I'm getting finally 5mb upload so I would assume that 3500 bitrate is more then enough for 720p/60fps stream since I'm not partner right ? I currently have stable 3.40 and I'm using 3000 bitrate and everything works smooth but I want to improve that one 60fps finally mostly because of games as Fifa and couple more which are shuttering on 30 fps.
Question / Help Does 60fps use more CPU then 30fps stream ?
