Docks Resize doesn't lock on Lock UI

is it possible to lock the size of UI in Lock UI option?

every time I open OBS the UI docks size keeps changing itself.

I see similar issues -- if I were to have the Stats window on, and resized things how I want based on that window (especially making it less wide), it seems to dominate and squeeze other docked windows so it can go back to full width.

We need a way to truly lock the UI the way it is, even if it is not actually "locked", because the current Lock UI feature keeps you from undocking ANY windows.... sure does THAT well!

Have to say this is definitely a frustrating feature with the docks.
Having to resize to taste after every reboot.
