Question / Help Do you need a Capture Card to stream 144hz?

Just bought a Display Port and enabled 144hz refresh rate. Tried streaming and it's all choppy. Nvidia Graphics card and I read news online saying i need a Capture Card to stream 144hz? I thought capture cards were only for console Streaming.

How can you buy a display port and did you solder it onto your graphics card or what?

Ive turned Game Bar off as well. that didnt work either

Turn Off GameDVR, Game Mode and remove monitor capture from scenes where game capture is already present.

So i removed the monitor capture and it seems better, Should i lower the Resolution to 1280x720 as well because I feel like there will still be more lag ig

your webcam runs at 1440p, changing that to 720p shoud help

What should I set my Stream Resolution at? It looked pixelated when i had the 1440p webcam resolution and i just changed it to 720p, Should i lower the Stream resolution too?
