Hello.
I've been streaming League of Legends and I notice that my CPU is suffering a lot. (Goes over 70% usage when checking device manager)
I went through the forum and saw some similar posts to this one and I tweaked my settings a bit.
I am using x264 with CBR on. Bitrate is 2000 and buffer size is 2000 aswell.
I downscaled my resolution from 1080p to 720p with bilinear (fastest) thing selected and 30 frames per second.
Preset is set to veryfast.
When I get into the game I get the really annoying fps drop and it is constant. It is always dropping at least 15-20 frames in game.
Also I have no "dropped frames" in my obs. Stream health is excellent according to the twitch.
But is my cpu too weak to handle the encoding and do I need an upgrade. I would like to find a way around it untill I will be able to afford for an upgrade.
My specs are:
Amd fx x6 6100 6 cores 3.30Ghz
Nvidia gtx 750 1gb gddr5
Hyperx fury 1866mhz 8gb
And can someone tell me how do I include logs?
Thanks
