I just got a capture card and want to try streaming sometimes. I was just wondering if there is a way to capture the audio input from my wireless headset which is connected to my xbox or do i need to get a second microphone to connect to my capture card? Any help is appreciated

Yeah, most capture cards won’t grab your wireless headset mic directly from the Xbox, so you usually need a separate USB/XLR mic connected to the streaming PC.Some people work around it with Xbox party chat passthrough or a controller adapter, but a dedicated mic is normally the cleanest and easiest option.

Thanks. Do you by chance know of a way to have my party audio come through as well? Ive been trying to look it up without much luck.
