Hello, OBS community.

I'm currently using Windows 7 (64-bit) operating system with 6 Gigabytes of Ram, NVIDIA GTX560Ti GPU and Intel Core 2 Quad CPU @ 2.66GHz. Native resolution 1680x1050.

Connection with my country - http://www.speedtest.net/result/2373839041.png
Connection with Frankfurt (Berlin, as I couldn't find Frankfurt's server, Frankfurt has the best ms for me) - http://www.speedtest.net/result/2373844568.png

1. Is this system capable of streaming some older games like Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas?
2. Could you suggest optimal settings, if it's possible?

Here you can see some experiments I made - http://www.twitch.tv/rhdsyay
I tried different quality levels, different bitrates and resolutions, but never came to a optimal solution.

Thank you!

What are your Stream Settings? Do You stream 1680x1050 with Resolution Downscale? Also do You have any Dropped Frames ?

1) Your CPU is not particularly powerful for live streaming.
2) Don't watch your stream while you are streaming, that eats up quite a bit of CPU
3) You likely will not get good results at all trying to stream in your native resolution, go to Settings>Video and do at least a 2.25 downscale, try 25fps to start, maybe move up to 30 if that works ok
4) A bitrate/buffer of 2000/2000 should be more than enough to get a clear quality stream, leave the quality balance setting around 7, since GTA is a game where you are moving the whole screen a lot.

No dropped frames. Streaming at 1.5

I'm streaming at 24FPS. Thanks for tips!
