Distorted Audio in Middle of Recording

I have a recording with some distorted game audio in the middle. Not sure how long it lasts for but it does recover and game audio is fine for the rest of the recording. Video and voice tracks are unaffected.

What happened and how can I prevent it from happening in the future?

Can we have a recording that shows the problem? Different problems sound different. It would also be nice if the video of that recording showed the meters.

And a log file from the same session that produced that recording?

Ok. I have Davinci Resolve for editing. I can grab it running there with meters and post it tonight. I have the log file from OBS attached for the session that produced the distorted audio. Do I need to grab something else?

The recording should include the audio problem. If it won't do it, keep trying until it does, then post the one that does. And post the log from the *recorded* session that did it, not just any session.
