Question / Help Displaying twitch chat on stream?

I did this by using this https://support.streamlabs.com/hc/en-us/articles/217378378-Setting-up-the-Chatbox

So it brings up a chatbox, I use window capture in OBS to capture it. However, the chat on the stream comes out with a like 15 second delay. Any solution or better way to do this?

Twitch has around 15 seconds of latency, this is normal.
