Display to separate display instead of streaming

I would like something that lets me stream to a second monitor instead of to a streaming service.

OBS has a projector feature, if the monitor is connected to the same PC you can use this feature to output a fullscreen preview of your recording/stream/running OBS. Is that what you mean?

Is this in OBS or OBS multiplatform?

The multiplatform version should get a projector in the next release as far as the commits look. This was for OBS.
