Question / Help Display settings for streaming Pixel Art

Hey all I'm trying to stream my pixel art drawing that I make on photoshop to twitch. Everything works fine, but the quality of the pixels always come out pretty blurry. I'm not making traditional pixel art by the way. It's more like oekaki, if you know what that is, so the details are a bit more fine/detailed. I'm not sure what to do. I've tried adding sharpen filters which helps a little bit, but overall still looks pretty bad. Is there something I'm missing? How do I get it to look..normal? Crisp and detailed

Thanks

Don't downscale. Stream at native resolution.
As you're doing something ultra-low-motion, it shouldn't be a problem even at 1080p on 2000kbps. You can also go to a lower framerate (20fps, 15fps, 12fps, even 10fps) which will devote more bitrate to each frame and look better as a result.
