I don't even know how to describe this problem. Above is what I get with 29.0.2. I have to go back to 27.2.4 to get OBS Studio to run on my Dell XPS 15 running Windows 10. It breaks with 28.0.3 the same way with (I don't have any other versions between 27.2.4 and 28.0.3 in my downloads folder). I even tried removing OBS Studio with Windows Settings, still doesn't run. Im running the ndi plugin 4.9 adn 4.10.1 installed, and reaplugs236_x64

And prior to running this I updated everything on my computer. Dell at least can find nothing that needs updating.

OBS 28 Screen Layout Issues
I haven't included a log file because my issue starts before that point. Under OBS 27 everything looked and worked as it should, however after loading 28 the main display is weirdly truncated. In Studio mode, the video windows are only one-quarter size and shifted up into the left-hand corner...
Thank you so much JohnPee! What I have found with my system is that the scaling that windows can do breaks it. Scaling needs to be 100% for the app to display properly.There are a number of posts on this forum regarding this issue, see below
