I've got a problem I think is similar to the laptop display capture issue, but the suggestions for that don't seem to help!
Display capture sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Right now, if I look through the sources for display cap, my 2nd monitor previews fine but my 1st, the one I'm trying to use, shows nothing. There's not even a black rectangle, just the gray background of the settings window. I tried running as administrator but haven't tried compatibility mode because I can't find the setting.
I have a 2-PC setup. I do everything on monitor 1 and project my scene to monitor 2 with OBS. Monitor 1 is connected by DVI to my nVidia card and 2 is connected by HDMI to the same card. 2 goes through an elgato capture card along the way.
