Hello!
I've been running into an issue over the past couple of weeks where my streams are frequently exhibiting bursts of low framerates while using display capture with Xbox Game Pass titles or Destiny 2. My in-game framerate is solid and locked at 60FPS, and it doesn't appear that OBS is dropping a ton of frames or experiencing dropped frames due to my network connection.
Still, what appears smooth in-game is stuttery at random on stream, but the strangest part is that it seems like only the display capture is stuttering: my webcam on stream doesn't appear to be affected, and my in-game FPS is solid.
I've tried to change/re-encode all of my media sources, but the stutter still remains. I even reinstalled Windows, created my scene collection from scratch, and moved all of my graphics over to browser objects from Streamelements, but the stutters are still appearing. It seems that they also occur with both x264 on even the fastest settings and NVENC New.
Here's a link to my latest log (I was finishing a rebuild of my scenes, so there's some junk at the beginning): https://obsproject.com/logs/fnCcij7f9U-KSpMW
And here's a link to the stream itself: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/492542214?t=02h05m29s
Thanks for your time, and please let me know if there's something obvious that I'm doing wrong! I've been streaming for 2 years with this rig, and it seems to have just popped up recently, but it's entirely possible that I've broken something.
