Question / Help Display Capture shows black screen?

I wanted to record a VM video but when I chose Display Capture, it had a black screen. My NVIDIA settings have OBS on 'Integrated Settings'. Help?

If you have the 1909 update you need to change the settings in Windows, not the Nvidia control panel.

Thanks, but is there a 'universal' way, so i dont have to switch between power-saving and high performance?
