so im recording a gameplay from an android emulator, if i have it full screen it the result is on high quality but whenever i rescale it or not on full screen the result goes low quality. so basically in "1 recorded video" the result is high quality if full screen, low quality when rescaled. is there a workaround on this or its suppose to be like this

Just an idea for you to search further into this, but how does the emulator work. Is the windowsize = screenresolution or is the windowssize unaffected for the resolution. What I mean maybe the windows size rescales the resolution depending of its size and you can find a setting that says, don't do this or the resolution is always full hd.

That's just an idea why the quality could go down.

Is the window rescaled on the fly or before starting the stream or recording? Maybe deactivating the capture and activating again, refreshes obs capture and the quality goes up.

Thats al I can think of so far, I have no experience with android emulator.

this is a sample of what i meant, i have the emulator on full screen from 0:01 till 0:29. then i rescaled the emulator window from 0:30 till end.
