Display Capture Problem

After I had to reinstall my Nvidia-drivers my display capture on my main monitor stopped working correctly.
Can someone help me out? I have two Monitors: Main DisplayPort 2k and DisplayCapture does not work (laggy, unresponsive, colors are of). My 2nd Monitor HD, HDMI works fine though. When I use WindowsCapture on my Main...it works. Just Display Capture which seems broken aber I uninstalled NVIDIA-Drivers earlier today.
There is a video:
After I switched to my main 2K monitor you see me going to YT and I scroll down with my mousewheel but in OBS it looks like it is skipping frames.
Everything works fine on my monitors but OBS Display Capture does not :(

0. It's generally advised not to use Display Capture. Use Game/Window/Video Device Capture etc. to build your scenes.
1. Your audio devices have a sample rate that doesn't match the OBS sample rate. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Lautsprecher (Focusrite Usb Audio): 44100 Hz
Analogue 1 + 2 (Focusrite Usb Audio): 44100 Hz
2. In Windows 10 versions 1809 and newer, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
4. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Szene).

Thanks for you help! I just realized that I can switch the Capture Method under -> Display Capture -> Properties to "Windows 10 1903 up" and then it suddenly works.
Thank you!
