Display Capture not working

So I've just made a switch back to OBS Studio from Stream Labs and now I'm having issues trying to get the display capture to work I've already looked up all the YT vids you can imagine and read blogs and reddit posts on how to fix the issue. I'm running a 3070 GPU - i7 9700 CPU - 24GB RAM I did find out that my CPU doesn't have integrated graphics which switching to that seems to be the fix for this problem in most cases, But if that true why does stream labs pick up my display capture with no issue? The only thing that seems to work is the option Windows 10 (1903 and up) but frankly it looks like hot garbage I really don't want to be limited to using just a game capture scene I stream and like to tab out to use my browser on stream just like anyone else, So if anyone can fill me in on something I would really appreciate it.

Fixes I've tried
-Graphic settings switch to power save mode
-Nvidia settings to make sure it's using the same graphic output to what I'm streaming
-Run as administrator
-Compatibility mode
