DISPLAY CAPTURE NOT WORKING EVEN IF I CHANGED TO POWER SAVING

I followed the instructions i saw in a video about putting OBS in graphics settings, then changing it to power saving but it's still not working. Please help I am not an expert in this

yesterday it was working perfectly, but when i updated my windows today, display capture doesn't work anymore pls help thank you very much
