Question / Help Display Capture Freezing when I alt + tab out of my game

So I am trying to play rocket league and record it, but I have always had an issue with display capture. Whenever I try to alt + tab out it sometimes freezes, but for the first few times I alt + tab out in the test recordings it's perfectly fine, then the issue happens... does anyone know why? This is something that I have been frustrated about and I have no clue why it's happening.

Run the game in borderless mode if you plan to tab out regularly and it should keep capturing just fine.
