Question / Help Display Capture FPS Issue

I'm having an issue with Display Capture, I'm trying to capture my 4k Monitor running at 1440p (Windows has bad scaling for multimonitor setups) and when the monitor is running in anything but it's native resolution it captures in 30fps instead of 60, does anyone know of a way to resolve this?

DO NOT USE OPENGL.
Go to Advanced settings and set Direct·D 11 as renderer.

21:18:42.737: video settings reset:
21:18:42.737: base resolution: 1920x1080
21:18:42.737: output resolution: 1920x1080

Base resolution should be your 1440p native

No streaming / recording in that log.
