Display capture doesn't work after reinstalling driver. LOGS ARE ATTACHED.

I have an AMD Radeon R7 Graphics Driver that I reinstalled because I was having some trouble. However, now "Display Capture" doesn't capture the screen. I updated OBS to v27 and even then it doesn't work, only when I use the Windows 10 (1903 and up) option, but that in turn just sticks a yellow border around the screen that I can't remove (I know this is a Microsoft security measure, but can't find any ways to disable it). Please find attached my log of when I tried to test this. Thank you in advance.

Depending on your Windows version and what sources you wish to use, you may need to set OBS to run on a specific GPU. Not sure which Windows version you have? Press Windows+R and run "winver". For Windows 10 1909 or newer: Open Settings and search for "Graphics Settings". Select "Classic App"...
