Display Capture colors blown out!

Hey!
I've been having a problem where for some reason, OBS is blowing out the colors of the display capture! I have tried adjusting the colors manually with filters but nothing seems to work!

the photo doesn't really do a good job of showing how bad it is! i have also included the log from obs

hey! this didnt fix my issue!
