hi display and game capture arent working. i cant find the settings page to the the picture that r sent

That log shows you did NOT actually follow the steps.

but i dont want to use integrated graphics adapter i want use dedicated one because integrated doesnt work well much while streaming

Then you can't use display capture on the laptop. Period.
