I get my new Asus R9 380 DC2 OC and i installed the driver and i start recording and i see idk what it is...

Why is this ?

Because the R9s have problems capturing OpenGL games the way that OBS does.
Use OBS Studio and enable multi-adapter compatibility hook on your game capture source.
