Discord overlay is no longer captured in Game Capture with the overlay setting on.

I'm going crazy trying to get Discord overlay to capture in Game Capture.

It used to work some time ago. I know because there's a rule in the Tarkov Discord about having it visible for video reports on teamkilling, and I set it up for that. I don't know when it stopped picking it up. At least, I'm pretty sure that it was using Game Capture. Unfortunately, I don't have any such recordings because I never needed them and have since deleted them.

This is just for offline recording--not streaming.

I have two sources of Game Capture related that I use. One is on a full screen capture source and one just for Helldivers 2 (since it doesn't pick up on the regular full screen capture source Game Capture without specifying the exe), it works with Steam Overlay, and streamer mode privacy stuff in Discord is turned off.

Troubleshooting:
I toggled legacy overlay and reopened the game.
I checked that overlay was enabled for the game.
I checked there was no exception for the legacy/normal.
I tried opening as Administrator.
This happens in every game I've tested: The Finals, Escape from Tarkov, Helldivers 2
Display Capture works fine.

I recently upgraded to Windows 11, and I use the privacy.sexy scripts, but I went back and reverted any changes that seemed related. I'm not sure if I was introduced to those scripts after or before I recorded the overlay before--I'm going to have to go back and revert all of them and see what happens.

I noticed the Xbox overlay capture doesn't work either--though I never thought to record it before.

I did after posting. It turned out to be intended behavior.
Nevermind.
I mistook it being OBS because Xbox overlay also didn't work in game capture, but I never actually tested/seen that one--I did for Discord, but evidently, they changed that for their 'overlay v3'.

Apologies for not going to them sooner. Thanks though.

Having said that, I'm surprised there weren't more people mentioning it online. I scoured it--even if it was intended, there must have been more people that noticed its absence, but nope. I mean, I did make an effort to research, and I did find their help page, but it wasn't super clear in that I thought the 'legacy' mode would get it to work; that only turned out to be for using overlay on fullscreen--nothing to do with actually being the older version of the overlay.
