Question / Help Disconnects becoming regular

I'll be streaming and all of a sudden OBS Studio will start dropping frames and then I get disconnected from twitch. It usually happens when I have over 100 viewers, not sure if that is relevant?

I think that is the correct file. Thank you for any help, it is much appreciated and very needed!
