First i disabled my firewall. - did not change anything.
Reconfigured my router to make sure it allows everything from obs.
Just check the log..
Also my internet upload is around 9mb/s I'm positive this is not the problem.
Upstream: No shaper detected.
Median received rate: 9520 Kbps.
