Question / Help Disconnecting From Remote Desktop Connection Pauses My Stream

Hi, I' m using OBS on my virtual machine, which Server 2012 installed. Everything s working perfect but when I' m disconnecting from remote desktop connection, something pauses my stream (to youtube) and when I turn back streaming is go on. I didnt log off my server. My session s alive when I disconnect from remote connection. Any idea why?

Hi,

Same issue here but with a Windows 7 desktop (I couldn't get OBS working with server 2012), non-virtual and the stream is going to another internal server. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I'm running into this same issue. When you disconnect from remote desktop the server no longer has a display device and then doesn't know what to stream. I'm hoping someone else has run into this and has advice about how tell the server to pretend it has a window.
