Disconnecting around 5 to 10 minutes or more

Basically what the title says. I'll give you some context, though.

I've been streaming with OBS for a while now (around 8 months), had some disconnections from time to time (like hour and a half in or more, however that was because my ISP provider resets IPs at the time I usually streamed at, fixed by resetting router before starting the stream, it's a known thing in my country's community, we only have one ISP option).

I don't have the greatest computer but it worked fine enough before.

Thing is, I had to send it to reparations, aaand before that, I changed the router. I streamed for at least 2 weeks using this new router without problems before the computer broke (it was something with windows), same configurations I'm using now, but now I'm having those disconnections every 5-10 minutes or so and it's very annoying because I use the twitch VOD soundtrack feature and also have that well known audio problem after disconnections. I was using Windows 10 20H2 before, I got my computer back with W10 21H2, I don't think it should change much.

I'll post the last log this happened on, I was testing on twitch inspector.

I have already tried:
- different bitrates
- adding OBS to the firewall
- ipconfig thingies on cmd (forgot what it was called, sorry, not an expert lol)
- uninstalling and reinstalling network adapters
- different ethernet cables
- changing to lan2 instead of lan1

I used to stream with an older version of OBS, I'm now trying 28.0.2, I'll try the other one later and see how it goes, but yeah, I'm getting really frustrated 'cause I don't want to stop streaming and getting another router or computer is pretty hard right now.

Also, important to note, as soon as OBS goes 0 kb/s, internet connection in general stops on this computer, other devices are fine. Games, videos, etc. will stop until I stop streaming, they'll come back once I do. It also happened that once the connection went down, the ethernet/LAN "goes missing" as in it stops detecting what net I'm connected to and says I don't have access to the internet. However, it seems to be that that issue is fixed, no sure what fixed it, though. I also have the option to use WiFi but... I'd rather not.

Sorry if anything isn't clear, English is not my first language, but any help will be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you installed OBS 28 over SE.Live.
Please uninstall se.live, then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by SE.live. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.

You also can (or should) remove the remaining se.live files from the %appdata%\obs-studio folder.

Your computer only have 8GB of RAM. You need 8GB more.
Your CPU isn't good for streaming, or recording, or gaming.
Remove the plugins that most likely causes the frame drops

Basically you need to reduce the use and abuse of the CPU and GPU.
Not ever use wifi unless it's an emergency.

The drops to 0 kbps may be an issue on the home network or your ISP network. Make sure all the cables are fine and the modem is working correctly. Change the port where the network cable is connected to test it.
If it only happens in your computer when streaming could mean your system is overloaded at a critical point.

Too many things that may cause issues. You need to start reducing the load.

Thanks for the reply, Paisand.

I installed OBS directly from the obs site, although I do use streamelements browser sources.
I know my computer isn't good, I rarely stream gaming, though. Mainly IRL or art-related things, so I screenshare Adobe programs. I don't have much problems with that, as I've been streaming for 8 months at the time.

[SOLUTION]
Anyways, I've found the solution! In my case, it was related to the network adapters drivers. I had to go to "manage devices", go to my ethernet's driver properties, then to "manage energy" and deactivate the first option. Had no problems since. It wasn't related to OBS.
