Disconnecting and Reconnecting when I stream even after changing output settings, reinstall obs, restart computer, update gpu driver, etc

Everytime I think I have the problem fixed and it will actually let me start my stream, once i get about ten minutes in... Obs disconnects and starts doing the connect and disconnect thing. I've been trying to troubleshoot this for days now. Here is my Log from this morning.

There's no stream attempt in there, log cuts off right after your Scenes loaded. Post a new log.

Some observations:
You can disable this, it's not needed & there may be some resources saved for something else.

Set your monitor @ 60HZ. This is just mucking up the works...

oh wow cool, thank you so much. I will attempt another stream this morning and see if it crashes and ill post another log. sorry about that! and thanks for actually helping.
