Your connection is not stable as you can see connection stalls and timeouts in the log file. You need to fix your connection as this is not a problem with OBS.

some questions.

what is your cpu load around or at the time of dropping?
- just because obs or xsplit may not show dropped frames it doesn't mean you're not. if the cpu load is too high, you can drop a massive amount of frames without it displaying and even drop the stream due to it.

who is your ISP?
- some providers will throttle your bandwidth causing connection issues. more info on testing can be found here http://www.howtogeek.com/165481/how-to-test-if-your-isp-is-throttling-your-internet-connection/

what router brand and model do you have?
- typically i stay away from linksys, their firmware and hardware is just absolute trash. i say this because my family members insist on buying their products and i'm constantly having to reset the factory defaults and configure the entire thing to continue to work. even with aftermarket firmware they still have issues.

Are you connected over wifi or ethernet?
- many uneducated people will say wifi is bad to stream on, but its actually better for me. ping is lower and data seems to flow smoother. however the opposite could be true for you. this really boils down to chipset, drivers, and signal quality.

hopefully this helps get you moving in a direction where your issues can be fixed.

Hello,

I have AMD Phenom II X4 955. My CPU load around 80%. 95% max.

My ISP is "Société Française du Radiotéléphone" (SFR in france)

i don't know my router brand and model i have.

I am connected on Ethernet. Wifi is too far for me :(

did your provider SFR give you one of those combo modem + wifi built in?
if so a few troubleshooting tips for it would be to reboot it, even if its not a combo, reboot your modem and router.
If internet problems persist, i'd call their tech support and ask them to test your lines. they can see if theres a reason to your disconnects.

next up, make sure all your drivers are updated. personally i use Driver Magician and Driver Genius to make sure i'm current with all these items.

If you've got LoL installed, uninstall Media Booster, this robs you of internet as they use it to P2P their instal/update files. very shady practice as you're not even warned about this or have an option to say "no" to it being installed.

You want to keep CPU usage while gaming and streaming down to around the 80% and max usage at 85% peak. anything higher can cause a lot of drops in streaming, but not limited to the game starting to perform badly.
With your current kbps being 1,200 i'd highly reccomend dropping your resolution to 960x540, fps 30, and preset to very fast. in comparison to streaming at 720 vs 540, you should see a slight quality boost in the stream because theres more data packed into a smaller resolution.
this should put you in the area of using no more than 75 - 85% cpu.

i've got a few friends that live across the pond and they say their ISP throttles their internet, you can check using this guide
http://www.howtogeek.com/165481/how-to-test-if-your-isp-is-throttling-your-internet-connection/

the last thing, is search on google for "jtvping" some of your issue could be that the server you're streaming to has too high of a ping and/or jitter. this portable app will help you figure out the best server as your closest one may not actually be the best for your streaming needs.

My best server is Paris FR (jtvping)

I did a speedtest and i have :
20mbps download
1.6mbps upload.

Is that it improves the quality 960x540?

ok, make sure your set to broadcast to paris server.
i would go with 960x540 @ 1,200kbps preset faster or fast depending on how much cpu it takes up. just keep your usage under 85% (the quicker the preset the less cpu usage but less clarity).
give it a test run and see if you continue to get disconnected.

Hey, same problem. With xSplit (test 1h), i don't have disconnect error.
Know you where is the problem ? It's OBS, not my connexion
