Disabled webcam

Hi my webcam Samsung hmx-q20 doesn't show as a webcam on my obs studio x86 32bit becoz my windows 10 allows only apps of 32bit and I've tried restarting my laptop, updating my obs studio please help, turning off my antivirus and fireworks what else can I do

2nd install a X64 Windows 10

did the cam support webcam ? most camcorder only have usb for data transfer ! not as cam and every 10 euro webcam make the same picture !

cant find any information that the cam can use as webcam
