Disable auto-play feature in the properties of a media source

Hi guys,
the idea is easy:

1.add a checkbox "disable auto-play at restart"
2. when the checkbox is active, at the restart of OBS, that media source will not autoplay

Super useful for who use a lot of media sources, like my company.
At the restart if OBS have more than 30 media source, the restart is very slow

Depends, Media Sources use either RAM or VRAM depending on the settings used. Hardware Acceleration (VRAM) should only be used for 2 or 3 Media Sources in your main Scene. All others should not be accelerated & if there is enough RAM available in the system, things will go smoothly.

The problem isnt the RAM or VRAM, the problem is if too many files are inside the scenes, also if are more than one scene, the OBS starting load is super slow.
I tipically work with my clients with more than 60 videos and the startup is super slow.

I also created a custom python script for stop this behavior, but with a native feature, the process is more easy and smooth, useful for a lot of ppl
