I recently had to reinstall windows 7 and I changed to 64 bit. I used to run OBS with no problems on 32 bit, however now I can't even install OBS. When I open the most recent "OBS_0_655b_Installer.exe", I get a message saying "Your system is missing DirectX components that Open Broadcast Software requires. Would you you like to download them?". Upon clicking yes, I'm redirected to download Windows 10, which no, I don't want.

Dxdiag shows I have DirectX 11 installed.

There are components of DX10 that are not included with DX11 so maybe you think you are downgrading DX but in fact, you are just installing missing components that OBS needs to run. That being said, if you want to run OBS, those files are required.
