Question / Help DirectX Setup Installation Error

Been trying to install OBS and I keep getting a missing DirectX install part. Well, I've tried downloading this supposedly missing DirectX part six times, and still no dice. I'm really trying to get to use OBS and compare it to xSplit. Considering OBS is free, I really wanna use OBS. Any help would be appreciated!

This is a Windows related problem, not an OBS related problem. Please contact Microsoft support to resolve this issue.
