Question / Help DirectX 10 not supported?!

Hi Guys,

I got obs at my gaming PC and i'm very happy about it, but I've decided to record at my old laptop too, but it says

when I go to dxdiag
I see I got DirectX 11.
My gamepc got DirectX 12 so why this laptop couldn't run OBS?

There stands DirectX Versie: DirectX 11

First, the log you posted is for OBS Classic and not OBS Studio.

@dping, move this to the Classic area?

Having DirectX 11 or DirectX 12 software installed is not the same as having hardware that supports DirectX 11 or DirectX 12. The Intel GPU you showed does not actually support DirectX 11 on a hardware level. Hardware support for DirectX 11 is required for both OBS Classic and OBS Studio.

For future reference, when you post screenshots, please post links to full-size screenshots. The one you posted is difficult to read.
