my system has Directx-Version :DirectX 11

Your GPU does not have full DX 10 support. Which software version is installed, is irrelevant.

How can I get full DX 10 support?

Buy a modern GPU that supports it. If you're using a laptop, you'll need to buy a new one since you can't upgrade its GPU.
