Question / Help Direct X Failure [Need Help]

I am sure by now many people have this problem, My graphics card is fine and ran XStream very well. When I went to OBS since it was free. It gave me this error:

It's almost 3.5 GB of RAM, It's not the best but runs all games smoothly. I would like some actual help instead of: Your Graphics Card is outdated. If you can help solve this problem it would be very great.

Well your GPU is outdated, it is from 2006 and it does not support DirectX 10, it doesn't matter which software version of directx you have installed, so there is nothing to solve.
Also that CPU isn't good enough for live encoding either.

So you will have to get a better system.
