Question / Help Direct X 12 Supprt?

I have been trying to capture several Direct X 12 games over the past few weeks and am unable to capture any of them in full screen or windowed. Is OBS Studio going to get Direct X 12 support anytime soon? Just wondering. Thanks for the help.

Here are a few of the log files from trying to capture Forza Motorsport 6:Apex which is a DX 12 only game.

That's not failing because it's a DX12 game. It's failing because it's a metro app.

Fine ill create you another log file that contains multiple DX12 games. But I am telling you Rise of The Tomb Raider captures fine in DX11 but I change the game to DX12 and nothing shows up, same with Hitman.

OBS can't capture DX12 games yet.

Ok, that's what I thought. Any idea when this might be added?

In the meantime: You can still stream DX12 games with OBS, if you have Dxtory.

Setup dxtory to do the gamecapture, and have it output raw as directshow. Go to OBS and add a video capture device and set it to dxtory camera 1. voila' streaming DX12 games with OBS.

I tried to stream/record MS new car racing game, Forza Motorsport 6:Apex, but it couldn't

As #7 said "Is OBS set to run as administrator?", I don't think so.
I used obs to stream/record my diablo 3 gameplay for quit a long time without any issues.

I can't wait for OBS to support DX12.
I'll go and buy a copy of dxtory.
