Direct Stream to YouTube

Hello all,
I'm sorry to post but I could'nt find the proper answer.
I have a stream setup in the future which is a ski competition in 2 runs.
The 2nd run is to take place about 50 minutes after the the end of the 1st one.
As I will have a 4G+ connection, I might have to stop the stream in order to reduce the amount of data sent.
Doing so, it is not possible to catch back the video of the 1st run 50 mn later.
I can prepare 2 videos "in the future", one for the first run and one for the 2nd run but as I share the link to the stream, I would like to know if there is any solution to continue the first stream.
If not, is there a way to keep the stream open with a very few frames sent in order to have a minimum trafic within the 4G+ connection.
I hope this make sens. Here is the link to the future event : https://www.youtube.com/live/Utigdwdj-NA?feature=share
Thanks for helping
Philippe

The only idea I have to reduce data to keep the stream going, is to make a scene with just one Pic and send it in the meanwhile. I don't know how much it helps in reducing but technichal it should take less network resources to send the same pic overagain, than having a ongoing stream.

But thats a thing you can test before. Look in the statistic windows of obs if it reduces the data traffic when you make a test stream of 5 minutes and than test it with a normal stream 5 minutes. Than compare.
