dim stream when in fullscreen

this is exclusive too destiny 2 in any obs recording/stream if i play in fulscreen the recording/stream is very dim compared to what i see with my eyes as soon as i alt tab to desktop it immediately returns to normal anyone got a fix for this any help would be appreciated

1.what it looks like from a obs recording/stream hdr is off on max brightness

2.same exact recording and settings but not using fullscreen instantly goes back to normal

i know i'm a couple months late. i've had the same issue for a long time now and i found the fix for this (hopefully it helps if you didn't fix it already). under the Destiny 2 executable (which is found by right clicking Destiny 2 in your Steam Library > Manage > Browse Local Files > destiny2 > Properties > Compatibility tab) make sure the "Disable fullscreen optimizations" box is NOT ticked. for some reason this causes Destiny 2 to appear dim while streaming. hope this helped!
