Digital Piano causes audio to drop out

Hi all,
I'm having trouble with our church's live stream.
When it's just voices the stream if fine, but when we have our digital piano play it drops the audio.
Watch the beginning of the stream here please: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t0ZYsp8_IJs
At 4:50ish you can see when the pastor comes up the audio is fine.
But again at 17:10 and 19:20 you can see that when the piano plays it kills the audio altogether.
Our mixer is a QU-32. I have a mix that goes to a Behringer device through XLR. Then it goes by USB to the computer from the Behringer.
Both OBS and Windows settings are at 48 kHz.
Really not sure what to do next.
Thanks!

Also, even your "good" audio is barely there. It's clean, but I have to crank my stereo way up to the point that anything else would be a rock concert! (and my rig *will* actually do that)
Since you have a digital board, it should be relatively easy to add a compressor on the output, to tame the peaks and bring it up to full-scale as it arrives to OBS. Play with the settings so that it's not *obviously* compressed, but it does stay well-behaved enough to completely fill the meter (yes, I'm serious) without clipping.
For live work, you don't know what's coming, so you have to leave some headroom. For distribution, you're expected to be full-scale. Slam the meter, but be well-controlled enough to never go over.

Thanks for the link!
I'll double check the compressor settings. When I listen from the Behringer box though, it sounds just fine. After the box is when I feel I'm getting the big issues. But I will back up and check the mixer again.
