In the beggining I used OBS Classic, but now I use OBS Studio. The 2 programs give me same result - poor quality no matter which settings I use. I followed many tutorials how to set OBS with no success. Thanks for all replys!
Following terrible tutorials will always result in you getting terrible quality.
change your output mode to simple
Your recording quality to indistinguishable
Your recording format to flv
and your recording encoder to software low cpu use.
