Question / Help Different FPS setting seem to effect my bitrate stability (60/30/25)

All the setting is the same except the FPS, by just changing the FPS alone seem to have cause the bit rate to be unstable? I have test at (60/30/25). CPU percentage seem low, so i'm not sure what's wrong. Looking to be educated here and if you more data from me feel free to let me know.

Looks to me like your connection to Twitch isn't reliable. Most of the streams you had a lot of packets dropped due to a bad connection. Try streaming with a lower bitrate.... 720p doesn't really need 5Mbps, try 3.5 Mbps instead and see if it still happens.

Hi thank for for rep, the stream still unstable at 30+ fps when streaming at lower bit rate (around 6 - 13% fps drop). But 25 is general more stable at around 0.6% frame drop even with higher bitrate < i know i don't need that high bit rate i'm just testing some theory. Why is this the case? I check the quality to the closest server on twitch bandwidthtest and the best that's available to me is Singapore at 73 that probably why its unstable but i just don't understand why 25 fps seem to be stable the most? Is it because we are sending less frame per sec so it's not as strain on the connection between the server and I? but then how come lower bit rate still unstable with higher fps?

I'm not aware of any correlation between framerate and connection stability. As far as I'm aware, there's no correlation at all. It should all by about datarate, the internet has no knowledge of what's inside the packets.

hmm, What is my most reasonable option to increase the connection quality to twitch server? Can ISP help me with i phone them?
