Hey this is a Feature Request.
I'd like to suggest to implement that you can set a different FPS for streaming and recording (if you use 2 encoders like streaming with x264 while recording with nvenc)
for the start it would be enough if recording > streaming.
for the beginning half the FPS would be help about 95% of the users
eg set recording to 60FPS and streaming to 30FPS OR Recording to 50FPS and streaming to 25fps
the so canvas can still rendered in 60fps but before it goes to the stream encoder just drop every 2nd frame and we get our 30fps for streaming.
I think this would be the easiert way to implement for the start and 95+% of all users who simulanly stream and record would be happy with it :)
