Question / Help Difference between ''Output - Rescale Output'' and ''Video - Output (Scaled) Resolution''?

Good day, I'm new to the forum & OBS Studio (know OBS classic, but thought I try Studio for once).

The thread title basically says it, I'm not sure about the difference of these two settings. To avoid confusion I made two screenshots with red underlines: https://imgur.com/a/RfzHk

I found sites explaining all settings for OBS Classic, but been having trouble finding the same for Studio, so help would be appreciated :)

Video Scaled Resolution is the resolution Recording and Streaming will use by default. Output - Rescale Output comes into play when want to Record at 1080p and Stream at 720p for example.

Video Scaled you set 1920x1080
Output Rescale you set 1280x720

If you don't intend to record and steam at different resolutions you don't touch Recale Output
